Director and CEO
First generation entrepreneur, 37 and young, Murali Krishna Reddy provides vision and strategic direction for the growth of Geneva group of companies. Murali is known for his in-depth knowledge on finance, strong networking and his ability to sense new business opportunities. He focuses on long-term and strategic needs for building an organization that provides innovative solutions for global economy.
Murali is known for his dynamism, determination and passion for customer challenges. His mission is to build a globally competent product development consultancy and thus create value for customers.
Murali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Master's degree in Business Management from United Kingdom. |

Director Marketing
Amar has wide experience in building manufacturing, software and engineering services companies. Amar works in close association with Murali since inception of group and plays a strategic role in developing future companies. Amar is a communicator par excellence, and his persuasion and negotiation skills coupled with his global exposure have been crucial to forging healthy business relationships with top fortune 500 companies. He represented country as ‘chef-d-mission’ holding the tricolor at Paralympics in the year 2004.
Amar holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering, and has attended executive management program at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

 Siraj Bagwan,
General Manager and COO
Siraj is responsible for Integrated Design and Engineering (IDE) operations. As GM, He ensures that the company is planning for the future and that current operations are on track with his people and processes. He has over-all responsibility for the delivery of design solutions and manages through all the phases of product development cycle.
Siraj is a strong believer of integrated approach towards design of product which reduces design cycle time, development cost, and is the optimum way to produce and support the product. Based on this belief, understanding and experience, he devised the design approach which is implemented as consultancy services.
Siraj completed his Masters in Product Design from Indian Institute of Science and received his BE in Production Engineering. |

 Gajanan Moger,
Sr. Manager Product Engineering
Gajanan found his practical experience at Research and Development Centers of Flowserve Valves and at Ushin. He developed new systems to the evaluate the occupant safety compliance for the doors of car at concept and preliminary design stage using QFD, DOE, DFMEA and Six Sigma methodologies.
Gajanan leads Product Engineering team into Design, Engineer and Analysis of Medical, Defense, Automotive and other Industrial products. He is a certified quality auditor and led the team of 100PPM for Hyundai motors, 25PPM team for General Motors, and managed all QS9000 & ISO/TS16949 through design till production with Value analysis & Value Engineering tools.
Gajanan is trained in Finite Element Analysis for structural, thermal & CFD from Indian Institute of Science, and is a Mechanical Engineer from Regional Engineering College Surathkal. |

Sr. Manager Product Realization
VK is responsible for seamless and smooth journey of product from design review till production line. He brings his decade and a half years of diverse experience with different product and manufacturing processes on the design review surface from product manufacturing point of view keeping in mind and optimizing on the user aspects.
VK is peoples’ person and is process oriented in his approach. He is also Management representative and a lead auditor for ISO 14001 and 9001. He contributes in the design strategy, concept development and prototyping and is responsible for the process design during the concept design phase and does this by different tools of prototyping.
VK holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Pune University and a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering. |

Chandru believes that good design is innovative, inviting, intuitive and intelligent. He focuses on providing out of the box solutions that fuel the development of highly innovative products which exceeds customer expectations. He has vast experience in new product design in the area of electronics, healthcare and consumer products segments which are already successful in marketplace.
Chandru leads industrial design team into design strategy, concept development and realization. He is responsible for design directions, user and product studies, brainstorming, conceptualization, concept validation and prototyping in the concept design phase and does this with his team by different tools and techniques.
Chandru holds masters degree in product design from Indian Institute of Science and Bachelors degree in Architecture from Anna University.

 Raj Gopal Menon
Senior Manager, Medical Product Development
Creative design goes beyond looking at the market needs and fulfilling demand. Knowledge of diverse domains brings in edge of creating value beyond the user's vocalized needs. With over fifteen years of experience in various fields, his inputs stir the pot to add new facets to concepts being developed. He loves to explore new areas and tinker around with new technologies, always looking for ways to incorporate them in concepts in progress.
Raj takes leadership role in Medical Design and Development. He brings with him experience in Software, Embedded and Product Design, with last five years devoted to work in the developing Medical Devices in critical care segment..
Raj is an Industrial Designer from IDC, IIT Mumbai, having done his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Calicut University.
